AccountrixLab offers tailored Smart Business Accounting support, including advisory meetings, data analysis, and reporting. You may schedule sessions via our site. All fees are due upon booking.

4. Info Products

Our info products include guides, templates, and digital documents. Once delivered, they cannot be returned unless found defective.

5. Goods

We sell physical materials such as printed manuals and branded items. Goods are subject to availability.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

If you cancel at least 7 days before a booked session, you may receive a full refund of the service fee. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days in advance are not eligible for refund but may be rescheduled once within 30 days at no extra cost. To cancel or reschedule, please use our contact form.

6.2 Info Products

Digital items are non-refundable after delivery, as they cannot be returned. If a delivered item is defective, please notify us within 14 days for review and possible replacement.

6.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. You must initiate a return request via our contact form. Upon approval, we will issue a refund of the purchase amount, minus any shipping expenses, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
